    Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of arrival. If you need to return your art print for a refund within this period, we’re here to help, provided the conditions below are met. Please note, if the 14-day period has passed, we can’t offer a refund, unfortunately.

    Refund Requirements

    Damages and Issues:
    If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hey@artschoolcrush.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, replacing your order if necessary.

    Proof of Purchase:
    To process your refund, we need a snapshot of the damaged goods, the packaging, and your receipt or purchase order. Without this proof of purchase, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
