Refund Requirements

Damages and Issues:
We strive for perfection, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hey@artschoolcrush.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, replacing your order if necessary.

Proof of Purchase:
To process your refund, we need a snapshot of the damaged goods, the packaging, and your receipt or purchase order. Without this proof of purchase, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
