Visual Concepts for Brands & Spaces

Custom visual systems shaping identity, atmosphere and experience.

I create visual concepts for brands that live in physical spaces: From medical practices and restaurants to offices, studios and hospitality environments.

It is about developing a visual language that supports identity, atmosphere, orientation, emotional comfort.

The focus is not on authorship, but on meaning, atmosphere and coherence.

Depending on the project, the visual concept may include Photography, Illustration & drawing, Collage, Mixed media, Curated or found Imagery or/and Typographic or graphic elements. Images may be created specifically for the project, or carefully selected and recontextualised from existing sources.

Creation

How I work

  • We start by looking at the brand’s values, tone and context as well as the spatial situation: rooms, light, flow and function.

  • One or more visual concepts are developed as a clear direction. This defines mood, colour, rhythm and visual density.

  • Visuals are created, curated or combined specifically for the project. The focus is on cohesion, variation and balance.

  • The visuals are placed and scaled with the space in mind: single statements, calm zones, sequences or subtle accents.

Case study

For the opening of a new dental practice, a comprehensive visual concept was developed in close collaboration with the client.

The goal was to create an atmosphere that feels friendly, human and welcoming – moving away from typical clinical aesthetics.

Are you planning a new space, refreshing an existing one, or want to rethink how your brand is experienced physically? I’d be happy to talk.
